Most people will say that they would not want to live beyond 85 or 90 because they will probably be sickly and not be able to enjoy their life. We all age differently, and yes, genetics plays a part, a small part.
What you put into your mind and body actually plays a larger role in the aging process. I wrote a book, “Learn The Simple Truth To Achieving Optimum Health” and being healthy is really simple. Don’t confuse simple with easy, but in this case living a long and healthy life is easier for you if you follow this program.
Science has found that slowing down the aging process and even reversing the aging process is possible. Let’s start with why we age. Science has found that we are born with Telomeres, which are like shoe laces that wrap around the ends of our chromosomes and the chromosomes contain our DNA.
Well, as time goes on the Telomeres unravel and when they get to a certain point, we die. Scientists have discovered that there is an enzyme called Telomerase and by having a sufficient amount of Telomerase the Telomeres actually re-wrap the chromosomes and seem to slow down or stop this part of the aging process and have shown to actually reverse this part of the aging process.
